Damage During Shipping: We take customer satisfaction very seriously. We thoroughly inspect all our shipments carefully prior to shipping; however, we understand that during the transport process packages are subject to damage. Please check your shipment carefully upon arrival to ensure it has not been damaged during shipping. All claims for damaged product must be made within 72 hours of arrival. Please contact us directly and provide information of the damage so we can rectify the situation.

Shipping Policy: All United States customers can expect packages to be shipped within 1-2 days of purchase. We ship via UPS and USPS.
